Rajkumar Santoshi Wants Ranbir Kapoor And Shahid Kapoor For ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2′

It’s been long since the reports of filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi making a sequel of his 1994 classic comedy ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ starring Salman Khan  and Aamir Khan have been floating around. One major actor may not be part of the much-awaited sequel. Though the film's producer is said to have sent feelers to Aamir and Salman Khan, fans of the cult Indian film may miss Shakti Kapoor in one of his best roles; the Crime Master Gogo avatar.

While we still await official announcement, if the latest reports are to be believed, youngsters Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor may replace Salman and Aamir in the sequel – ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2′. About casting Ranbir and Shahid in the sequel, an industry insider insists that Salman and Aamir are surely Santoshi’s first choice but it’s almost unlikely that they will agree to do it and the filmmaker believes that the two young stars fit well into the roles.

Meanwhile, Ranbir and Shahid both are currently busy with their current professional commitments. But if everything falls into the right place, ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2’ will surely be a treat for the fans of both the Kapoors.
