A retired deputy commandant of CISF has been
arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl whom he had held captive for two
days, police said on Saturday. 53-year-old
Shravan Rathore allegedly committed the crime in a rented flat in Govindpura
area. 13-year-old domestic
servant suffering Rathore Ahmedabad he went to meet her daughter.
In her
absence, Rathore allegedly called the victim to his house and offered her a
cold drink laced with sedatives following which she became unconscious. He kept
her in captivity for two days and repeatedly raped her,officer said.
A police complaint on the basis of which Rathore
was arrested on Friday.
