Audi S6, the much
awaited car from the German car maker, is likely to be launched in the country
in early 2013. S6 is a sport tuned, midsize, five seater luxury car. Audi S6 2013 will come with a dashing exterior having
distinctive grille, larger air intakes, red 'S' badges at both front and rear
and bright LED light technology developed by Audi. Overall Audi S6 will be an incredible all round package that
would offer superior performance, high power, a host of safety and comfort
features and a fairly good mileage. The car when launched in the country is
likely to come with a price tag of around Rs. 60 lacs and will compete with the
likes of BMW 5 Series and Mercedes Benz E-Class. Audi S6, available in the foreign market, has an excellent

The
Audi S8 which is made exclusively of aluminium to reduce its weight by around
90 kg, the S6 will come with only 20 per cent aluminium body that would take
its weight to just 136 kg less than the much larger size S8 which has a total
weight of 1894 kg. The S6 is available in the foreign markets in eight colours,
including Estoril Blue, Crystal Effect and Prism Silver, it is expected that
the car would be launched in all the 8 colours in the country too. The standard
navigation feature uses a powerful computer to locate the path using Google
maps. Apart from helping in finding the path, the hi-tech system will be able
to provide real-time updates on traffic, fuel prices and several other
searches. Audi S6 will come with Wi-Fi feature that will allow up to eight
wireless devices like Laptops, Tablet Pcs, Smartphones etc. to link
simultaneously. Audi S6 will come with standard stability control and
four-wheel antilock ventilated disc brakes that enhances the safety features of
the car. Soon to be launched Audi S6 has 10 airbags located throughout the
cabin, which include front, front side, front knee, rear side and full-length
side curtain.
