High court relief for Prakash Jha, Satyagraha set for Friday release

The Bombay high court cleared the decks for the Friday release of PrakashJha's new film "Satyagraha". On Wednesday the HC refused to grant any relief to Narayani Productions which claimed that Jha had snatched its rights to the film title "Satyagraha'' which it had registered earlier. The plea was to stop release of the film Satyagraha and also for damages worth Rs 25 crore.
A producer had filed a suit claiming that he had valid registration of the title, Satyagraha, in his favour and that Jha had illegally adopted the same title, satyagraha  for their film, which is due to be released on 30 August, 2013.

Prakash Jha's Satyagraha campaign team engaged in these days is phenomenal. The whole team is leaving no chance of promotion. The team had arrived in Delhi on Wednesday Satyagraha. On this occasion, including JH Ajay Devgan, Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Rao were all gathered. Film debut in theaters on Friday. He said the view was reflected in their spontaneous decision. Prakash Jha said that it is true that I played a small role in the film. Prakash Jha film played the role of a common man. Social and political adventures full of 'Satyagraha', Arjun Rampal, Manoj and Amrita Rao will be seen.
